
Tyler has a happy-go-lucky attitude paired with an extensive sports background in baseball, football and athletic training. As an adult, he continues to play baseball while also coaching a variety of camps throughout the year. He graduated with a degree in Liberal Arts from Cape Cod Community College with a focus on English and Communications.

Mackensy is 18 years old and currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She was born and raised on the Cape. Her favorite hobby outside of ninja is reading on the beach. Her favorite things about coaching ninja are the genuine bonds she’s made with the kids and being able to teach them new obstacles.

Riley is 23 years old and grew up on the Cape. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Wheaton College (Norton, MA). As a Forte Ninja coach, she helps kids learn to listen better to directions, works with them to boost their confidence, and supports and celebrates all their successes. Riley appreciates the many ways Forte’s programs can benefit the community. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with familiy and friends and taking walks on the beach with her dog.

Kai is a Master’s student at Boston University’s Metropolitan College, pursuing a degree in Software Development along with a graduate certificate in Software Engineering. Outside of school, they enjoy drawing, playing video games, and making music with friends. Their favorite part of coaching at Forte has been building relationships with people in the Ninja and Rock Steady programs.

Autumn was born and raised on Cape Cod, and grew up with a love for physical activities. Starting at the age of 6 (after only a few short years of attempted ballet classes) she turned her energy toward gymnastics. There, she found her passion for flips and balance beams, and spent the next 10+ years dedicating herself to the sport. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bryant University and spent 3 years living and working in Boston, but now has returned home to the Cape to find her passion again.

Charlie always knew she wanted to have a career in the fitness field. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology degree; her minors are in Coaching and Special Education Inclusive Practices. Charlie is a track and field competitor in the events of Hammer Throw, Weight Throw, Discus and Shot Put; she was named the Hammer Throw Champion at the 2024 MASCAC Championship. Charlie is passionate about seeing progress and growth in others. She enjoys Forte because it allows her to work with individuals of all ages and abilities. Charlie loves the color pink, working out and relaxing. She directs the Ninja Summer Camp at Forte and coaches just about everything offered there.

Alex is a fitness enthusiast who thrives on competition and has a passion for helping others through training. His favorite sports are tennis and MMA (and not just because he could pass for Connor McGregor). Outside of the gym, Alex enjoys learning about health and history, never tiring of gaining more and more knowledge.

Meredith is a music teacher and early childhood specialist who began boxing for her own health and fitness in 2015. After her longtime friend and mentor was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, she was inspired to become involved with Rock Steady. She opened Forte after realizing the need Cape Cod had for such a program.

Jayson is 18, born in Connecticut and grew up on the Cape. He’s a senior at Barnstable High. His long-term goal is to be a Firefighter/Paramedic and a reseve for the Air Force like his father. Jayson has a history of working with kids and he strives to make everybody feel seen and appreciated. He’s currently enrolled at Cape Cod Community College working towards his EMT license; the next step is to become a firefighter.
