Autumn Harrington

Ninja Co-Director

ABOUT

Autumn was born and raised on Cape Cod, and grew up with a love for physical activities. Starting at the age of 6 (after only a few short years of attempted ballet classes) she turned her energy toward gymnastics. There, she found her passion for flips and balance beams, and spent the next 10+ years dedicating herself to the sport. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bryant University and spent 3 years living and working in Boston, but now has returned home to the Cape to find her passion again. With her love for people, positive energy, and working hard, you can now find her at Forte coaching Ninja classes and greeting clients at Reception on a daily basis!
