Riley Casali

ABOUT

Riley is 23 years old and grew up on the Cape. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Wheaton College (Norton, MA). As a Forte Ninja coach, she helps kids learn to listen better to directions, works with them to boost their confidence, and supports and celebrates all their successes. Riley appreciates the many ways Forte’s programs can benefit the community. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with familiy and friends and taking walks on the beach with her dog.

Janeya Correia

ABOUT

Janeya was born on Cape Cod and is 18 years old. She graduated from Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School in 2022. From a young age, she’s enjoyed working with and helping kids, and knew she’d pursue work of that kind in the future. Janeya’s favorite time of year is the summer and she loves going to the beach.

Savannah Dauphinais

ABOUT

Savannah was born and raised on Cape Cod. She’s currently a Junior at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School. She loves kids, so being a ninja coach is a great fit. She’s interested in film and enjoys making short films of her own. Her plan after high school is to study film production in college.

Jon Gosselin

ABOUT

Jon is an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran as well as an Operation Enduring Freedom veteran who honorably served in both the US Navy and the US Army. Throughout his enlistment, Jon received more than 20 military leadership certificates as well as an admiral’s letter of commendation. He’s certified in crowd management and has had the privilege of training over 50 security teams on the East Coast. Jon loves everything Forte and is proud to be the GM. Some of his favorite things are steak tips, boxing, the beach, swimming, hiking and road trips.

Ryan Griffin-Crane

ABOUT

Ryan is from Duxbury, MA where he played football for 13 years. He served in the US Army as an 11B and then worked as a chef for more than a decade. Ryan loves all sports, science, lobster, oysters, and fast cars. He enjoys friendly competition and experiencing different cultures, especially those of South America.

Autumn Harrington

ABOUT

Autumn was born and raised on Cape Cod, and grew up with a love for physical activities. Starting at the age of 6 (after only a few short years of attempted ballet classes) she turned her energy toward gymnastics. There, she found her passion for flips and balance beams, and spent the next 10+ years dedicating herself to the sport. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bryant University and spent 3 years living and working in Boston, but now has returned home to the Cape to find her passion again. With her love for people, positive energy, and working hard, you can now find her at Forte coaching Ninja classes and greeting clients at Reception on a daily basis!

ALEX MACDONALD

Alex is a fitness enthusiast who thrives on competition and has a passion for helping others through training. His favorite sports are tennis and MMA (and not just because he could pass for Connor McGregor). Outside of the gym, Alex enjoys learning about health and history, never tiring of gaining more and more knowledge.

Dave Morin

ABOUT

Dave Morin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management from Bowling Green State University while playing goaltender on the Lacrosse team. Dave is an ACE-certified personal trainer providing Forte clients with a unique perspective while he continues to hit weight-loss goals of his own. Prior to training at Forte, Dave served as the Director of Special Events for the ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference), the largest collegiate sport conference in the nation. While at the ECAC, Dave was the Executive Director for the Division III Baseball Region Tournament, Executive director of multiple seasonal championships including, but not limited to, Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse, Ice Hockey, Soccer, and Basketball. Additionally, he served in an executive capacity for the inaugural Division III ECAC Bowl series, the ECAC Holiday Classic and the Frozen Four Men’s Hockey Tournament held in Philadelphia, PA.

Krysten Rodrigues

Krysten is originally from the Midwest. She’s working on completing degrees in both Early Childhood Education and Sign Language Interpretation. Krysten is an effective ninja coach because she has a passion for helping children and supporting their development.

Meredith is a music teacher and early childhood specialist who began boxing for her own health and fitness in 2015. After her longtime friend and mentor was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, she was inspired to become involved with Rock Steady. She opened Forte after realizing the need Cape Cod had for such a program.

Andre Sicuranza

ABOUT

Andre was born in Guatemala and moved to Boston with his family before his first birthday. He grew up playing a variety of sports, including wrestling, soccer and lacrosse for Landmark High School. He enjoys being outdoors, mountain biking and BMX. Andre is an accomplished mechanic and loves cars. What he likes most about Forte is the sense of community felt by staff and clients alike.

Angelina Theriault

ABOUT

Angelina was born on Cape Cod and is currently a Junior at Sturgis East. She loves sports, plays basketball and soccer, and has a black belt in martial arts. She’s practiced ninja for over 7 years and has competed throughout New England. After high school, she plans on joining the Air Force. Angelina enjoys playing the guitar as well as performing.

Ryan Vega

ABOUT

Originally from Miami, Florida, Ryan is studying to be a paramedic and firefighter. He has Muay Thai experience, played soccer for 15 years and studied exercise physiology in college. Ryan’s hobbies include volleyball, board games and billiards.
