Small group exercise classes provide individuals with a setting that breeds achievable wellness goals in a very fun, and incredibly inspiring atmosphere. Our small groups are like an hourlong party where you just happen to be getting more fit, mobile, strong and skillful. A smaller class size (4 participants max) allows for individuals to safely work on new skills, increase strength, flexibility and mobility with a personal trainer and a group of training partners that are driven by the same objectives. The Forte team makes sure that though fitness can be challenging and achieving our goals can be hard, we always have a good experience together while we work. Feel free to sign up for time slots with your friends, or to take any open time and meet awesome new training partners that will keep you motivated and laughing while your group crushes the workout.
One-on-one training is similar in format to small group training, but will have programming written specifically for one person. One-on-one training is best for those who need to work on more specific goals (i.e. an athlete training for an event) or those that are unable to work in a group due to medical reasons (such as rehabilitation from severe injury or medical incident). The Forte personal training staff will create a program aimed at reaching particular goals; one that promotes wellness and reduces the chance of injury. In these cases, we will reach out to a medical or coaching team to be certain we are in line with overall objectives.
