small group training

ABOUT THIS CLASS

Small group exercise classes provide individuals with a setting that breeds achievable wellness goals in a fun and inspiring atmosphere. A smaller class size (4 participants max) allows for individuals to safely work on new skills, increase strength, flexibility and mobility with a personal trainer and a group of training partners that are driven by the same objectives. The Forte team makes sure that though fitness can be challenging and achieving our goals can be hard, we always have a good experience together while we work. Workouts will be customized to suit your fitness level as well as your specific goals.
