Although individuals of ALL ages are welcome to join our Forte Boxing classes, we know that exercising among peers can be more effective and more FUN! Regular exercise provides a myriad of health benefits as we age, including improvements in blood pressure and overall heart health, better bone and joint health, better balance and mobility, and increased energy and strength. Boxing in particular is known to aid in the preservation of neuro-cognitive function, improving problem-solving skills and memory.

This is a NON-CONTACT boxing program for individuals age 60 and up. All levels of fitness and mobility are welcome! The classes will focus on boxing technique, strength building and cardiovascular conditioning. Our coaches will craft the workouts to accommodate any handicap or injury. Because health and safety are our priorities, individuals must complete a FREE assessment before joining.
