ABOUT THIS CLASS

This is a group exercise program for older adults that offers a fun variety of classes including boxing, strength training, yoga, resistance band training and much more. Every participant receives a free assessment to ensure the workouts are programmed with the necessary modifications. All levels of fitness and mobility are welcome!
